Vendor failover and vision-LLM input
at quant-desk latency.
200 charts. 47 ms p50. Byte-identical frames.
Quant desks integrate Maatsii in two patterns. The first is vendor failover: when the primary chart vendor flickers, Maatsii is the second-source feed already wired up. The second is vision-LLM input: Maatsii frames are fed directly into Claude or GPT-4V tool calls, replacing the brittle in-house renderers most teams maintain.
Both patterns share a constraint — the chart must be reproducible, the latency must be bounded, and the redistribution rights must be unambiguous. Maatsii is built around all three.
Five proof points
- 47 ms p50, 200 ms p99 from market to frame.
Histogram published at /sla, updated nightly.
- 200 charts across 35 asset groups.
Index futures, Treasuries, FX, commodities, crypto, vol, credit, macro, equity ETFs. See coverage →
- Byte-identical, server-timestamped frames.
Same ticker plus same timestamp returns the same JPEG. Audit-grade reproducibility.
- Private deployment available.
Your VPC, your egress, your network ACLs. Enterprise tier.
- AI-agent native.
Every endpoint is one Claude or GPT tool call. /llms.txt publishes the full discovery surface.
Objections we expect
- Can we redistribute frames inside LP letters and research notes?
- Yes. Frames are owned by the requesting account. Attribution is optional, not required. See terms.
- What happens if your origin goes down?
- Multi-region failover with DNS-level health checks. Histogram of incidents at /sla. The streamer is independently monitored by a status-page subdomain.
- How do we know your latency is real?
- Public histogram, third-party measurement, methodology documented. A live counter sits at metrics.maatsii.com. We will provide raw measurement data on request.
- Can we run this in our VPC?
- Yes. Enterprise tier includes private deploy. We supply container images; your team operates the cluster; we provide the streaming pipeline as a managed service or hand off the binaries.
- Who is running this?
- Founder bio, prior firms, capital sources at /manifesto. We answer email.
